Manager -- Retail (MNC Durable Major)

Scope - The position would be responsible for efficient management of company retail business (EBO ) for number of brands. This position also need to cover the gaps in retail and expand to newer marketing

Job profile

- Achievement of Sales plan and managing Retail operations (Manpower, merchandise mix, VM, liasioning with mall) in the assigned territory.

- To ensure the store is operation within the cost parameters.

- To maintain the store upkeep as per standards specified by the company (Cleanliness, Lights , maintenance of fixtures )

- To ensure VM guideline, product mix are followed as per guideline of retail office

- To provide feedback to the management in terms of products, consumer feedback, market movements of competitor.

- To plan promotion activities , with the objective of increasing footfalls

- To expand the retail operation to cover the gaps in retail.

- Inventory and cash audits .

- To develop good relationship with key business associates and mall management.

- Recruitment, training, development and motivation of retail staff.

- Liaise with local authorities for all compliance matters related to operating retail stores.

- To bring in new ideas to grow business.

Job Specification : -

- Should have an experience of at least 7-9 years of managing retail operations of a premium consumer brand or a bunch of brands.

- Should have exposure to above mentioned activities

( Candidate who has experience of working with retail Organization would be preferred. )

Qualification Required : -

- Minimum Qualification : Graduation ( Any stream)

- Desired: Post Graduate in Management.
