- Lead, support, and drive operational performance to achieve the overall Retail Business objectives. - Communication and collaboration with the brand team.
- Drive consumer obsession in line with the brand's values and service standards.
- Increase sales to maximize profitability while reducing costs through well-managed operational controls.
- Standardising systems, processes & SOPs to manage the stores.
- Building the sales team and devising the targets & sales incentive plans.
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
- Ensure all the stores comply with brand VM & Training guidelines to provide a leading shopping experience to all the customers.
- Identify the feasibility, market, location, and geographical strategy for the opening of the new retail showrooms. Involve in the strategic management and decision-making process after the detailed market analysis for the business expansion.
- Ensure smooth & successful on-ground activations, promotions & product launches to drive the energy and enhance the store walk-ins.
- Work closely with store development, real estate, merchandising, and visual merchandising teams to ensure that stores are launched on time in a more effective way.
- Liaise with the Buying department to ensure range and stock levels are consistent with business requirements.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
