Location: base location Ghaziabad, however open to travel pan India

Roles and responsibility

- managing all cleardekho optical retail outlets and a team of all optometrists, store managers and territory managers pan India

- allocating, incentivising and achieving monthly sales target for all stores.

- planning and allocating store managers & territory manager daily roaster

- sales & optical training to all tm/store managers/optometrist (using trainer)

- forecasting and planning optoms amd managers for upcoming stores and taking interviews

- hiring of tm, store managers and optometrist

- monthly settlement (p&l calculation) of every store

- interactions/meetings with franchise owner and resolving their queries

- ensure stores operates as per company policies mentioned below

- timely opening and closing of time

- regular stock count, dsr, system billing

- uniform and other basic hygiene
