We have an opportunity for Retail Sales Head role for a local discovery and recommendation platform.

Job responsibilities :
- Manage P&L of the ad sales business through partnership with retail/local businesses
- Own end to end business development / sales funnel and be responsible for achieving revenue targets
- Building and scaling revenue opportunities and generating leads by managing and activating relationships with various retail clients pan India
- Connecting with brands for promotion and marketing opportunities on platform and ensure repeat engagement
- Understanding the client needs and requirements to execute and manage ad campaigns that align with our product proposition
- Work with the Marketing and Tech team to create innovative campaigns and new revenue opportunities to meet timelines
- Creating an environment of bonhomie to motivate team for achieving targets.
- Ensuring timely collection of payments and delivery of reports to the clients

Must haves :
- Strong understanding of digital media & campaign strategy and ability to network with retail clients of varied scale pan India
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to filter clients based on positioning of company
- Ability to take ownership and drive things. Should have great attention to detail
- Must have experience handling large teams
- Ability to go all around and deal with local retailers as and when required, should be comfortable pitching to brands of all sizes
- Basic word / powerpoint/ excel
- Ability to travel
