For a large MNC Consumer electronics company, we are looking for people who have to oversee the sales, merchandising, and operations of a Store-in-a-Store in a single unit retail reseller. The KRA is to increase revenue by achieving your sales target.
Few details reg the role:
- Growing sales of company's branded solutions to consumer and professional customers
- Building a community of brand loyal customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases and related 3rd party products
- Training the reseller's store team members on selling company's hardware, software, and accessories
- Working in a sales-driven and results-oriented environment where financial rewards are based on metrics results
- Developing the store's own brand business by building a strong, influential, collaborative business relationship with the reseller's management and sales team
- Remaining well-versed and educated on company-branded and related 3rd party products and being able to present company's branded solutions in formal as well as informal settings
- Maintaining merchandising and visual standards according to Company and reseller Standards
- Analyzing and reporting business results and trends
- Delivering optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge
- Creating and modifying business plans to achieve goals
- Other duties, as assigned

communication skills, Interpersonal savvy, Problem solving skills etc.
