Responsibilities:
- Empathize with each and every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers needs first.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct usage and adoption reviews, and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
- Spot opportunities for improvements to the product and work with the product team to drive and implement them.
- Coach customers to be experts in candidate sourcing and train their teams on best practices so they become the best talent acquisition teams.
- Partner with sales team for up-selling and renewals, and increase the revenue per customer.
- Help drive customer references and case studies, and produce reports to explain insights and help them hire better and faster.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in SAAS B2B organizations
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales/business experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Tier 1 school in grad/post-grad (IIT/NIT/BITS/SRCC/IIM/FMS/XLRI/ISB etc).
