Tracking of product dispatches on weekly bases and ensure timely delivery of merchandise in stores.
Regular comprehensive analysis store wise, category wise till SKU level and taking action on call outs.
Monitor sale of Top Invested article closely and take initiative to achieve maximum sell through.
Ensure the base stock is maintained at stores at product level as per average sale. End of Season Sale (Eoss) Planning
Plan the contribution of discounted and fresh merchandise in Stores for sale period.
