Retail Operations Head/COCO Head/EBO Head
Brief about Role:
- As the Business Lead you will ideate, collaborate and manage a strategy that incorporates Brand Building, Franchise Expansion, Business Profitability, Store Operations & Excellence.
- The role reports to the CSO and will deliver the outlined responsibilities and such other ancillary and allied services as may be essential for the effective performance of the role.
- The candidate requires excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations with cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing strategies with focus on maximizing performance, driving growth & generating revenue - Revenue per store, store expansion, Visual merchandising, store footfall & conversion.
- Developing & streamlining systems to enhance operational effectiveness & meet operational goal within the budget, time & quality parameter.
- Responsible for managing a team impacting business & profitability as mentioned below;
- Foster relations with all functions, ensuring implementation of operational plan.
- Roll out of Standard Operating Procedures for smooth operations of Stores.
- Overlook the implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Provide leadership and direction to the store for Business Excellence
- Team Management, Recruitment, Training, Review, Performance Management and providing Leadership
- Ensuring all the compliances are being adhered to by the stores
- Responsible for overall Business P&L, Operational Growth
- Establish plan for revenue growth and manage expenses, monitor and review financial targets for stores, track and review performance , take corrective action to address revenue shortfall to ensure achievement of annual financial targets
Skills and Qualities:
- Master's Degree in Marketing/ Operations with relevant experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate, present effectively with all the stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication and information management skills including high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
