Role: Retail Leasing & Sales

Job Description:

- Candidate would be responsible for all retail leasing functions, as a facilitator for all leasing related activities from inception to close; including showings, negotiations, documentation, coordination and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.

- Draft proposals, lease offers and documents on incoming and current tenancies.

- Meet tenants to encourage leasing relations.

- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing

- Develop and follow-up with potential accounts/ clients

- Negotiate and conclude leasing contracts with the clients.

- Manage and prepare daily, weekly periodic marketing and leasing reports.

- Establish key relationships with channel partners & associates.

- Maintain the relationship and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Should have good contacts with MNC companies, who does retail business in India.

- Retail sales and leasing experience of at least 10 to 12 years, preferably in retail or real estate

- Should possess outstanding communication and inter personal skills.

- Should have graduate degree in hotel management, real estate, or business administration.

- An added advantage is an MBA.
