Profile :
Responsible for getting Brand as a specified brand at all leading Designers & architects and relationship management with key partners. Make the brand as a preferred brand for the designers & key accounts.
Key Result Areas :
- Generate specifications from the designers.
- Designing strategic moves with focus on market growth.
- Playing important role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Work closely with sales team of the region.
- Provide timely and accurate market information including information in the areas of pricing competitive activities, products, and other items necessary to the success of marketing strategies and programs.
- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with designers and architects.
- Confer regularly with management on recommended sales strategies, promotions, and potential new applications.
- Must be able to define a problem, assess risks, and develop recommendations for action plans.
- Make decision for day to day issue resolution.
- Must be able to deliver presentations, both written and oral
- Responsible for delivering results in achieving Company's yearly sales objectives, conducting periodic market surveys/analysis
- Excellent retail selling skills and projects sales experience
