Strategy business Planning :
- Collaborate in building a strategy for the business with a long and short terms perspective for business growth
- Create annual operating plans in line with the strategic and financial goals of the company Sales
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets by growing the sales from existing stores and opening new stores
- Drive top line sales in region through management of store KPI's with a focus on traffic and conversion
- Undertake high quality business analysis leading to creation of differentiated strategies such as category wise sales, margin analysis, inventory holding period, stock to sale ratios, sell through rates, etc.
- Focus on driving conversion through understanding traffic trends, staff stretch and effective replenishment.
Supply Chain :
- Ensure proper management of the warehouse to achieve the standards within the budgeted costs
- Manage transportation to achieve the delivery standards within the budgeted costs
Financial :
- Achieve and exceed gross margins in line with budget by collaborating with B&M / Finance and optimising sales mix
- Plan and manage markdowns to ensure timely clearance of stocks within the budgeted markdown
- Ensure store profitability by managing the operating costs within the budget without compromising on minimum standards
- Manage supply chain activity within the budgeted overall cost and cost per unit
Inventory:
- Ensure merchandise availability at the store as per customer requirements by collaborating with B&M and ensuring efficient supply chain
- Manage inventory levels in coordination with B&M, plan and execute EOSS to achieve planned stock turns for healthy returns on investment
