Hiring Retail Head for a leading Telecom Operator based at Chennai.

Role :

- Responsible to handle retail operations of Tamil Nadu Circle.

- Profitability of COCO and FOCO channels across the circle.

- Managing all postpaid channels like tele-calling, DSA, retail stores and channel partners.

- Cross functional coordination with customer service, network, marketing & credit & collection department for driving efficiency.

Desired Profile :

- Masters with 12 - 14 years experience in handling P&L responsibility of multiple stores from FMCD, Retail & Fashion Industry preferred.
