Our client is a leading financial services company in India with a diversified portfolio in multiple business. It is a growing NBFC with headquarters in Delhi. The portfolio is strong and they are growing at a rapid pace.

Job Description

- Responsible for origination of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, Loan Against Securities and other retail loans through DSA and other channels.

- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation

- Regular interactions with Seniors in NBFC

- Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC

- DSA appointment and management

- Handling sales/product team

- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports

The Successful Applicant

Looking for a strong, qualified CA/ MBA Finance with 8 plus years work experience in the financial services industry/ NBFC/ MFI/Indian bank on the lending side of business. The candidate needs to have strong lending portfolio in terms of asset classes like Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan against property, Loan against securities and retail loans through DSA and other channels.
