We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Head to lead our retail operations and drive the overall strategy for our store network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to execute and innovate to achieve business objectives.

The preferred candidate should be from consumer appliances/Mobile or FMCG sector who has minimum 6-8 Yrs. Of experience handing Modern trade business (Reliance, Croma, Vijay sale etc. and had good connections in those a/c's already)

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability with revenue goals in sell out.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service. Handle & manage teams of ASM's/ promoters to drive sell out of CP plus products from designated MT outlets keeping the positive ROI/ create and run effective & timely sell out schemes.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop retail staff (ASM's/ promoters) to ensure a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Store Merchandising and VM with communication to all trade partners timely.

Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience by ensuring high standards of service and addressing customer feedback effectively. Provide hands on demo and create handful of experience with CP Plus x ECHO x smart home ecosystem in every store/ do demand generation activity at stores to increase awareness about CP Plus products.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising to ensure optimal product availability and presentation at partners level/ monitor sell out on daily basis and maintain optimum stock level at each store/DC to avoid sales loss.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business decisions.

Store Expansion: Lead efforts in store openings, closures, and refurbishments to expand and optimize the retail network.

Compliance: Ensure all retail operations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements

Special Note: as mentioned above, the candidate needs to be well versed about sell out operation, visual merchandising, inventory management, promoters management, should be from consumer durable/small appliance/Modern trade industry (Reliance, LG, Croma, Sony, Philips, USHA, Havells Etc.) who has though out knowledge and good liaising already with national level and regional level partners, who has already worked on GTM strategy and market mapping and market expansion level/ should be a senior resource. Extensive travel is required in this profile looking at PAN-India market dynamics.
