We are in the process of hiring 'Retail Head 'for a reputed organisation in Retail Sector ( Lifestyle Apparels)

A brief JD:

- Develop and implement an Annual Retail Sales plan in line with the business strategy

- Drive the key retail performance parameters

- Responsible for the profitability and growth of the brand

Desired candidate profile:

- MBA (Marketing & sales) from Top B schools with 8 to 12 yrs of exp

- Must have worked with reputed retail brands handling P/L / business head roles

- Good knowledge and understanding of the Retail business
