Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Retail Head - Food & Beverages to lead and expand our retail operations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute retail strategy, manage store operations, drive sales growth, and create exceptional customer experiences that reflect our premium brand positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and execute retail strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities and potential store locations.

- Drive retail innovation and best practices across stores.

Store Operations Management :

- Oversee store operations to ensure service quality and brand consistency.

- Monitor and optimize store performance metrics and compliance with food safety standards.

Sales and Performance:

- Set and achieve sales targets, analyze trends, and optimize product mix.

- Implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.

Team Leadership:

- Build and develop a high-performing retail team.

- Establish training programs to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.

Customer Experience:

- Design and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

- Ensure consistent premium service standards across locations.

Visual Merchandising:

- Direct visual merchandising strategy to ensure brand consistency and optimize customer flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hotel Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 8-12 years of experience in retail, food & beverage operations, or hotel management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Experience in retail expansion, team leadership, and financial management.

- Strong understanding of retail analytics, performance metrics, and customer experience management.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
