Retail Head - Fashion Designer Brand
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Head to lead our retail operations for our prestigious fashion designer brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance brand visibility in the retail sector.
- Lead and manage retail teams across multiple locations, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract customers, increase foot traffic, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure that retail assortments are aligned with brand vision, target market, and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, landlords, and industry partners.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and maximize profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the retail organization.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and network with potential customers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in retail management is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fashion retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of fashion retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze business performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in retail software systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
