Retail Head- Luxury

JD :

- We are looking for a senior person to lead Retail Operations based out of Mumbai/Delhi.

- This person would be responsible for smooth operations of the Stores through the respective Store Managers and achieve the growth targets of the Company.

Specifically, he/she would:

- Provide leadership to the individual Store Managers and enable them to run their own Stores efficiently and productively and achieve sales targets.

- Plan and implement strategies for enabling growth. Review, identify, analyse and decide where to add new stores.

- Establish suitable processes and systems for ensuring customer delight / superior service.

- Undertake high quality business analysis leading to creation of differentiated strategies such as category-wise sales, margin analysis, inventory holding period etc.

- Provide market/business/product / customer feedback to the Merchandising and Procurement teams.

- Devise budgets and allocation methodologies, ensures costs are managed optimally.

- Ensure a high-end look and feel in the store. Excellent visual merchandising.

- Maintain healthy business relationships with designers and suppliers.

- Run the Store Warehousing, undertake inventory control.

- Excellent CRM / Customer Relationship Management and business development skills to maintain and acquire new leads.

- Manage people such that they are a highly engaged and motivated team.

The Credentials :

- The person we are looking for would ideally be between 40-52yrs of age with 15-20Yrs of work experience. Should however have a dynamic personality, good interpersonal skills and be an extrovert with an out-of-the-box thinking capability.

- Preferred experience in Operations, Sales and Marketing. Should ideally possess experience in high end fashion / luxury businesses in a leadership position. Person needs to be a go getter, excellent communicator and should have led people for delivering exceptional business performance. Good analytical ability and in depth understanding of the retail business world is necessary.
