Retail Head - Beauty/Makeup/Spa & Salon/Fashion/Cosmetics

- Will involve in strategic planning, operational management and leadership. Create long and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management

- Will be responsible for building the concept, implement across outlets, manage and oversee store merchandising and responsible to maintain store look and feel in a compelling and exciting manner, while in accordance with company directives

- Will be responsible for overseeing retail inventories and ensuring minimum deviations

- Drive brand awareness and brand advocacy to exceed projected goals to include teaming up with partners to raise awareness across the regions.

- Responsible for ensuring competent market analysis and insights to contribute towards business strategy

- Cross functional collaborations with Enterprise marketing, operations team to engage with existing clientele
