Retail Expansion - New Stores Opening - Auto Industry

We have an urgent role with one of the biggest group into Used Cars (Auto Industry) at Delhi

Role : Retail Expansion

- Expansion of retail stores

- Vendor contracting

- Identifying prospective locations suited for the store opening

- Finalizing rentals and other crucial terms with developers/individuals as the case maybe

- Responsible for P&L of the whole zone across the stores.

- Formulating a merchandising and marketing plan for each store on the basis of locality, tier, and spending capability and retail space.

- Review, track, analyse and communicate actual performance plan, forecast and quota across zone etc.

- Interested candidate with similar profile forward cv in word format mentioning current and expected package.
