Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research, competition analysis to identify new locations for our COCO store (To start from Gujarat and then will expand Pan India going forward)
- Acquiring site, its launch and managing end to end operations.
- Ensuring functioning adhering as per company norms. Advising and supporting including: store standards, stock management, customer relationship, staffing and recruitment, finances and payments, cost control, expansion.
- Ensuring that Company's brand is communicated and also handling communications and marketing activities.
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Planning and ensuring growth plans via the store. Aligning and targeting business development in line with business plan.
- Ensuring that the Store is in compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures.
- Establishing good connection and networking in the retail & franchise ecosystem for future prospects.
- Using reports and data to identify and act upon store and area-wide commercial opportunities
Qualifications and Skill:
- Graduate / MBA/PG with min 7/8 years' experience in Retail business, store launch.
- Detail oriented, self-starter, able to take on and complete tasks
- Ability to work towards sales targets
- Working knowledge of retail practices and procedures
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and retail store systems
