Retail Credit Manager

- Analyzing / underwriting of Home Loan, Loan against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, any other retail products offered by the bank.

- Due Diligence / Credit Checks / Credit analysis, Credit assessment of Loan, as per credit policy.

- Coordination with Business department for processing of loan till final disbursement.

- Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants other financial consultants.

- Responsible for maintaining good loan portfolio for Mortgage business in the region

- Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgage and residences of barrowers, as well ensure due diligence and KYC of borrower.

- Ensuring proper documentation and Disbursement of retail Loans, following up and Clearing PDD< /span>

- Thorough knowledge on various Retail Banking products.

- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
