Job Description - As a management consultant you will be reporting to the Partner. Your responsibilities will include:

- Build and develop a sustainable network of clients through strong project management

- Be able to exceed client expectations and deliver on results, act as a trusted advisor and partner

- Manage the execution process for all projects including the scope, risks, results, schedule and profitability

- Deliver presentations to board level executives

- Work alongside various internal business units to design and sell profitable business and digital transformation programs

- Manage a team of Consultants and help develop people through training and mentorship

- Provide insight and thought leadership across a variety of forums including speaking engagements, trade publications and other print media

The Successful Candidate

- The right candidate will have around 9-11 years of experience in management consulting. You will have extensive experience specifically in the Retail & Consumer Technology sector. The candidate must have experience in the Indian market and have existing relationships in the Retail & Consumer space. Proven record of delivering revenue targets is required. You should be able to work in a fast paced environment, and have an entrepreneurial drive. You should be highly motivated and have a strong passion for technology consulting.
