Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP IS-Retail Consultant to join our Strategy & Consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP IS-Retail solutions for retail clients, enhancing their business processes and operations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their retail-specific needs, deliver tailored SAP IS-Retail solutions, and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IS-Retail solutions, focusing on modules like Merchandise Management (MM), Store Management (SM), Retail Pricing, and SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, analyze retail processes, and design solutions that streamline operations across the retail value chain.

- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP IS-Retail to ensure best practices are applied during solution delivery.

- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of SAP IS-Retail applications.

- Integrate SAP IS-Retail with other SAP modules, including SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP SD, and external applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP IS-Retail trends and developments, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in SAP IS-Retail module implementation and configuration.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-Retail components, including Merchandise Management (MM), Store Management (SM), and Retail Pricing.

- Strong understanding of retail business processes such as inventory management, pricing strategies, sales, and customer data management.

- Experience integrating SAP IS-Retail with other SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD) and third-party applications.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Experience with large-scale SAP retail implementations.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP IS-Retail certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA IS-Retail capabilities.

- Knowledge of the latest trends in the retail industry, including e-commerce integration and omnichannel strategies.

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

- Previous experience in a consulting environment working with diverse clients.
