Retail Consultant - Retail Store

- Opening of new retail stores and thereby create business expansion.

- Strong knowledge of the demographics of cities across India and well connected with property consultants.

- Adept in identifying retail property for setting up the stores and coordinating with various stakeholders involved, viz., landlords, project consultants and developers and manage related commercials and negotiate for favorable deal.

- Location & Catchment Analysis of probable New Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring and finalizing new properties.

- Manage Retail Real Estate for the brand thru prospecting, planning and finalizing deals with the property owners.

Position based out of Bangalore.
