- Conduct comprehensive studies on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes within the F&B/Retail sector.

- Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Financial Analysis & Modeling:.

- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating investment opportunities.

-Analyze key financial metrics to assess operational and business performance.

Strategic Recommendations:.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft strategies for business expansion, product innovation, and -operational optimization.

- Present strategic recommendations and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Data Visualization & Reporting:.

- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Use advanced tools to visualize data and support decision-making processes.

Industry Monitoring:.

- Stay updated on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the F&B/Retail space.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and thought leaders.

Qualifications & Skills:.

Experience:. 2-5 years in strategy consulting or relevant roles within leading F&B/Retail brands (e. , K Hospitality, TATA Starbucks).

Technical Proficiency:.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools (e. , Tableau, Power BI). Expertise in building financial models and conducting operational analysis.
