Job Description - As a Restaurant Manager a candidate will ; ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.

- coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet.

- be responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.

- combines strategic planning, shift pattern organisation and day-to-day management activities.

- will take care of creative aspects, particularly in marketing and business development.

The Successful Candidate - Incumbent must have been a Restaurant or Operation Manager with a fine dining standalone outlet or a captive 5 star hotel restaurant. He must have an experience of P&L responsibility & should be enterprising & perseverent
