As we continue to expand our product offerings and reach, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to play a key role in driving our partnerships and Partnerships strategy.
Role Overview:
- As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and Partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
- You will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and executing partnerships with key players in the financial services industry, including banks, fintech companies, payment processors, and other relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will be instrumental in launching and managing partnerships for our new loan products as we venture into new market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives and product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations, including executives, business development teams, and product managers.
- Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and contract agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and successful collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to drive partnership initiatives from concept to execution.
- Drive the launch and ongoing management of strategic partnerships, including coordinating integration efforts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing partnership outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships and Partnerships within the financial services industry, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Strong understanding of digital lending products, personal loans, credit lines, and related financial services.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform partnership decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
