What do we expect from you? - We are looking at passionate, effective and customer obsessed product manager who will be focused on the financial products. - We are trying to serve India's mobile first, young population's financial needs. That said, while it is very important to serve these customers, it is even more important that we do it profitably. And product role is very critical in achieving it and therefore very challenging. - While we have outlined the products, you will have to understand our customer needs very well, come up with ideas that serves their needs. We expect you to perform significant product research, competitive analysis to plan and drive the product. - In this role, you will be required to add clarity both internally (to rest of the organization for buy in) as well as externally (to customers for better understanding). You will work closely with the leadership to own the roadmap for our customer product, prioritize features and requirements and ultimately play the pivot role to ensure bug-free delivery of the same. - You will be expected to be data driven in your approach, responsible for tracking metrics and measuring the impact of your product changes and features. You oversee all documentation, flow charts, wire frames of our consumer products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of project schedules, UAT and appropriate systems documentation. - Facilitate team input into various stages of product development and design - Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in workflows with dynamic changes in policies etc. - Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required - Research new products, technological trends to figure out how to incorporate them. - Create prototypes and design flow; present the mock designs to the team/ management and seek approval to take to production - Leveraging on technology for customized business needs Qualifications: - 5+ years of work experience. - Previous experience in Fintech is a must - Create business models and analyze competitive landscape - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction. - Track record of managing metrics and improving performance with clients - Proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities: effectively communicates with technical and non-technical teams, executive management, partners and customers - Experience in financial services in India will be required - Preferred skills - SQL, Figma
