Respo Financial Capital - Associate Product Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and help us build and improve our products. As an APM, you will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features that solve customer problems and create value for our business. You will also conduct user research, analyse data, and test hypotheses to validate your assumptions and inform your decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior product managers to understand the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

2. Research and identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities

3. Translate customer insights into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog and sprint planning

5. Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution

6. Monitor and measure the performance and impact of product features

7. Gather and analyse feedback from users, stakeholders, and data sources

8. Iterate and improve the product based on learnings and best practices

Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of MySQL (Python is a plus but not mandatory)

2. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Jira is a plus

3. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

4. Knowledge of the Fintech industry, market, and competitors is a plus
