- As a Resourcing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy, fostering meaningful connections with top talent, and elevating our employer brand.

- You will spearhead workforce planning and resource management for a global technology organization.

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA from a Tier 1 or upper Tier 2 institution with a focus on operations, HR, or related fields.

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations within the IT - services sector.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of current and future workforce needs across all departments.

- Develop accurate forecasts of resource requirements based on business growth, project demands, and market trends.

- Identify potential skill gaps and develop strategies to address them proactively.

- Implement and manage resource allocation strategies to maximize utilization and minimize costs.

- Develop and maintain resource management tools and dashboards to track key metrics and monitor performance.

- Optimize resource allocation across projects, teams, and locations to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization.

- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.

- Conduct regular workforce reviews and make recommendations for adjustments based on business needs and market conditions.

- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the availability of qualified talent for key roles.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, project managers, and HR teams.

- Effectively communicate resource plans, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

- Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns and issues.

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing resource management processes and procedures.

- Identify and implement best practices in resource management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
