Role title: Resourcing Lead
Role purpose:
- To support Resourcing strategy development and deliver operational support
- To deliver operational support in the execution of all elements of the operational people plan for Resourcing, specifically by provision of tools and processes and industry best practice sharing in these areas.
- To be the process & governance expert for interfacing with HR Business Partners, other HR centers of expertise to support on implementation and tracking of processes and creating new ones basis gap analysis of market best practice and business needs.
- Building a Talent pipe of external talent that reduces feed time into the business
- Responsible for Quality of external market Leadership talent sourced by him/her
- Ensuring governance on hiring process.
- Evaluation and preparation of remuneration package post consulting relevant stakeholders.
- Effectiveness of leadership hiring (speed, quality, cost, candidate experience)
- Ensure no process gaps in operationalising talent hiring
- Regularity & robustness of reviews with recruitment vendors to ensure quality and speed of delivery of profiles
