- Employer Brand - responsible to cascade and promote internally and externally especially among the Youth. .
- Business Partnering: Setting high standards of partnering through sharper TATs and quality.
- Diversity: On boarding the business on the Diversity agenda and accountability for the workforce diversity targets.. Executing the D&I related activities at circle.
- Vendor Management: Managing performance of Business Partners on quality, TAT and gender mix.
- Discover Lite: Create & execute the campus engagement plan and accountable for the touch points of the process.
