Resource Manager (US staffing)

To meet the growing number of job requisitions across all service areas and to support the next phase of growth. & work closely with Management to double the team size in two years and double the revenue in three years.

The RM will NOT be responsible for new business development (hunting) but will be responsible for maximizing the revenue (farming) from company clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit new Recruiters (fresher's and experienced), train them in the full lifecycle placement process of the company, and integrate them into the team. Manage, motivate, evaluate and maximize the performance of all

- Work with local team leaders and US Mangers to improve the Recruiters. Process and maximize the performance

- Support US Account of the combined team

- Managers to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Meet quarterly recruiting goals Conduct/report employee performance reviews on quarterly basis.

- Monitor and optimize the cost of the recruitment process.

- Lead and Develop a team of recruiters

- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers to drive a high level of performance for individual accounts.

- Responsible for assisting recruiters with search strategy, Boolean and x-ray search

- Helping recruiters do proactive recruitment vs reactive recruitment and creating candidate pools

- Assisting team and screening resumes and 360 degrees candidate profiling

- Taking post interview feed-backs from candidates and keep a question bank and knowledge base for future help

- Setting Team SLA, KRA and KPIs depending on proficiency grade and client types

- Recruiters Performance Metrics and MIS Reporting

- Setting Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Targets for the Team and setting Rewards and Repercussions

- Ensuring adherence of process

- Responsible for Team Hiring but doing 1st level of screenings

- Orientation of new hires

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

- 8+ years in a Recruiting job out of which

- 5+ years in a Managerial role

- A few years in VMS/MSP environments.

- The experience can be in any staffing category (IT or non-IT) that serves Fortune 500 clients in US in any industry
