Resource Manager - US Staffing

- Recruit new Recruiters (fresher's and experienced), train them in the full lifecycle placement process of the company, and integrate them into the team.

- Manage, motivate, evaluate and maximize the performance of all Work with local team leaders and US Mangers to improve the Recruiters.

- Process and maximize the performance Support US Account of the combined team Managers to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Meet quarterly recruiting goals Conduct/report employee performance reviews on quarterly basis. Monitor and optimize the cost of the recruitment process.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Minimum 8 years experience in US Staffing.

- Strong experience in working on VMS/MSP.

- Quick Learner. Should be a Googler.

- A capable mentor and a versatile leader who leads with examples.

- Strong on excel. Someone who present facts backed by data.

- Strong Negotiation skills.

- Excellent relationship building skills with the consultants.

- Aggressive on speed of response.

- Proven Track Record in management of Recruiters for US Staffing

- Team handling capabilities

- Well versed with IT/Technology

- Self-starter & highly competitive

- Excellent organizational skills and follow through.

Salary Range: 10-15 LPA
