Resource Manager - Talent Acquisition - BPO/ITeS

Resource Manager Responsibilities :

- Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.

- Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets

- Forecasting resources; Identify talent skill gaps

- Strong resource management and resource planning experience

Resource Manager Requirements :

- Bachelor's/P.G degree in human resources management, or similar.

- At least 5 years experience in resource management in a similar industry.

- Proficiency in RMG software e.g Prismforce ,gloat etc.

- Experience in managing budgets.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
