- The Revenue assurance function is responsible for assuring revenues to the Organization from people addition perspective.
- The function develops monthly, quarterly and annual talent fulfillment plans for the assigned vertical / service line, in line with growth and profitability objectives
Experience: 12 - 16 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring fulfillment of a requirement internally or externally. Understanding and identifying the availability of internal profiles and should be able to sell it to the customer.
- Forecasting: Keeping track of employees who are in the verge of changing / moving out projects. View of promoted candidates.
- Forecast of each Vertical and Service lines. Planning of up skilling people, Work with Talent Acquisition, verticals, internal stakeholders.
- People on Bench: skill upgradation and cross skill training.
- Manage cost while working on revenue.
- Quality of demand: To check on demand which are Time and Material in nature. Talk to stakeholders on getting inputs on upcoming deals. Challenge the business.
- Internal Fulfillment: Billing efficiency: Managing bench. Ensuring around 84 % efficiency and staffing does not get affected. Close tracking of the project.
- Excellent coordination with different stakeholders and building healthy relationship with clients.
- Build good relation: move ahead from supplier vendor mindset.
