Residential Sales Head- Top Real Estate Firm
Experience : 7- 16 years (atleast 7 years into real estate industry)
CTC : Negotiable
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling sales related to all residential projects particularly luxury/premium
- Providing inputs on product mix, launch strategies, forecasted pricing & future cashflows on upcoming projects
- Closely interacting with Marketing team in organising events, marketing collaterals & budget
- Exploring HNI's database & driving them to invest in the projects
- Expanding the Channel Partner reach in the particular market segment (South & Western Suburban Mumbai)
- Devising special sub-subvention & other promotional schemes
- Closely interacting with IPC, ICPs & wealth teams to promote the project
- Setting up efficient Sales team at site -Handling project launches by strategizing its positioning, evaluating market conditions, sub-vention -scheme & pricing
- Negotiating with the HNIs & converting leads into Sale deals in High Value / Bulk Deal transactions
- Handling Sales recruitments for Team building
- Coordinating Sales related activities with other departments like Architecture, Finance, Facility Management, CRM, Liaisoning & HR
