Looking people from Real Estate Brokerage Firm
Role: To lead the P&L of entire MMR city (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai etc) for company. We expect Mumbai to grow to a business selling about Rs 2000 Cr of residential property within 2-3 years from now. We are in the process of re-building the Mumbai team and hence, building the team is a big part of the role.
Deliverables:
- Problem solving approach to dissect complex problems to workable solution and delegate and lead accordingly to deliver revenue targets
- Revenue (Net Service Fee, transaction revenue less cancellations),
- Profits (after local team costs, digital marketing costs, HO allocations)
- Tech-enabled data based leadership style to accomplish higher productivity targets
- Employee engagement & satisfaction
- Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Developer relation
- Ability to scale up entire Mumbai micro-markets and understand entire product suite available from budget to premium.
- Vison to create multi-stream revenue channels like domestic, HNI, NRIs, institutional
- Strong usage to CRM and other tech tool to manage, run and scale up sales teams across for performance, tracking etc..
- Good understanding of MS tools like spreadsheets, presentation, etc
Typical Background required:
- 12+ yrs. experience in Sales, business development experience with considerable experience in running and managing direct sales teams. Experience preferably from - Residential Real Estate
- Strong P&L exposure & understanding
- MBA from good college
- 35 to 38 years of age
- Good understanding of Mumbai geography & territory
