Resident Director/Strategic Advisor - Chennai

- He/she shall be the face of the organization in all government interactions & drive Company in major advocacy issues prevalent in various businesses in Tamil Nadu by maintaining a working relationship with relevant government stakeholders and industry associations.

- He/she shall play a strategic role in advising on development of new policy reforms and facilitate implementation of the same.

- Develop prudent plans and build effective relationships with officials and key stakeholders in the state administration.

- He/she shall play an instrumental role in areas including public advocacy, business development, and further enhancing the organization's brand equity in the state.

- He/she shall work closely with senior executive leaders and provide strategic inputs to further increase business capabilities.

- Engaging with Corporate Communications team for outreach through media articles/television appearances and speeches in relevant forums to build awareness about the importance of the natural resources sector.

- Community Engagement and Development Initiatives for the organization in the state

- He/she shall front end organization's interest and facilitate its long-term vision of being the most sustainable natural resources company.

Ideal Candidate :

- A senior/retired IAS officer who has ample experience working with the TN government

- Who has good network and relations with key decision makers/influencers

- Should have good communications skill

- Should have good experience in Administrative higher up hierarchy of the state

- Should be capable of rendering strategic inputs in major decision making areas of the organization

- Should be able to act as a bridge between the organization and the government.

- Should have good all-round communication skills in Tamil
