Research Team Lead - KPO/IT

Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed off).

Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (9 hours shift Including 1 hour break).

- Strong leadership and managerial skills.

- Experience in operations management.

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in project management software.

- Experience in the KPO IT industry.

- Any Bachelor's/masters degree.

- Excellent command on Excel.

- Deep knowledge in Research & Data analyst field.

- Interacting with stakeholders on regular basis, understanding their requirements and transforming into research framework and providing solutions

- Shape research projects and develop execution plans, allocation of assignments, draft reviews and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

- Critically examine and deep dive into research models & types - Ideate, create, enhance, innovate, improve, maintain & execute campaigns

- Identify research process improvements or develop new processes, tools and build research specialization within strategic growth areas / accounts / industries / verticals.

- Team Management - Train, mentor and develop team members & responsible for their growth

- Maintain internal knowledge base, CRM, repositories, resources & PM tools.
