- As a Research Strategist, you will be responsible to conduct in-depth research and own the development of insights for assigned clients and projects.
What you will do :
- Translating business problems into research objectives that can deliver clear and actionable business solutions
- Designing and executing research projects by to answer strategic questions related to marketing strategy by using state-of-the-art Conversational Research techniques
- Leading a research team that will undertake market research assignments for multiple global clients across different domains
- Owning the synthesis and communication of primary research findings into actionable insights based on the clients business objectives
- Successfully managing multiple research projects simultaneously, all in different design / analysis stages
Candidate Profile:
- 1-5 years of experience in a primary qualitative market research agency is mandatory
- Demonstrable and thorough knowledge of all aspects of qualitative research - research design, moderation, transcript analysis and final presentation development
- MA in Psychology / Sociology / Philosophy / Social Anthropology or MBA in Marketing preferred
- Excellent command over English language both verbal and written
- Should share a commitment for the company's products and market opportunity
- Should operate at the highest level of professionalism and personal integrity
- Should have an intent to move out of traditional market research profile (meeting consumers face to face / interviews / moderation) and explore the newer forms of market research
- Should have experience and openness to work under high stress situations on projects with tight deadlines
