Job description:
This position is for supporting consulting services business division of one of the world's leading technology firms at their offshore research and economics center with Company office India
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience working on financial consulting assignments (preferably within technology consulting function), for both private and public sector clients.
He/ She should have worked in the areas such as strategy, high-level design,business modelling, financial modelling, performance improvement, etc.
Exposure to wide range of sectors and applications such as ICT, energy, transport, healthcare, financial services, media & entertainment, government, defense and security would be definite plus
He/ She should be well versed with econometric modelling and able to apply other advanced quantitative techniques for M&A assignments (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers)
Valuation support and analysis Financial modelling assignments (e.g. cash flow/financing models);
Prepare financial models quantifying the business benefits and costs of various technologies
Perform financial analysis, such as ROI, NPV, and total cost of ownership, of various technologies
Develop thought leadership to create awareness of business opportunities arising from emerging technologies
Report writing assignments (e.g. preparation of Information Memorandums, Business Plans, White Papers)
Identify key technology trends and analyze their business and financial impact.The selected candidate will work closely with the client and will be required to support short-to-medium term consulting assignments with ~10 member team of senior business and financial analysts.
