Position Title - Research Scientist

Reporting To : Group Lead / Head

Experience (in Years )- 3 - 4 years

Job Location - Navi Mumbai

NOTE :

Industry experience required - Skincare, FMCG, Materials, Fibre, Polymer.

- Should be willing to travel as per assignment need

- PHD from ICT, IIT or foreign university.

- Experience - 3-4 years in New product development (NPD)

Mandatory Skills:

1. Experience in :

a. New product development, in the context of fiber, polymeric or cellulosic materials

b. Scale-up of such product to commercial production

c. Supporting operations/customers for troubleshooting, improvement in quality/processes

2. Some knowledge in Chemical Process Engg, Physical, Analytical, Organic chemistry, experience in Characterization and Analysis

3. DOE and Six-sigma training/experience is desirable.

Qualification:Ph.D., preferably in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Polymer, Material science
