We are looking for positions in HR Research with a leading Consulting organization
Experience :
- 14-19 years experience with good exposure in Research related to HR.Have done publications, or Patent Research
- Primarily responsible for driving innovative research to improve human learning, teaching, and performance.
The responsibilities will include :
- Conducting both long and short term research using the scientific method in areas of cognition, learning, and human performance in order to create breakthrough ideas and concepts.
- Designing and implementing innovative prototypes to demonstrate the human performance potential to leverage upcoming technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and robotics.
- Representing the work of the research to internal and external stakeholders.
He or she will represent their work as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders\
Basic Qualifications :
- Master's degree in cognitive science, human performance, or related field
- Prior experience in a Research & Development or innovation environments (patents, publications, etc.)
- Be visionary with the use of technology to solve human performance problems
- Familiarity with technologies such as VR, Wearables, AI, Robotics
