Research Lead - Consulting

- As the Research Lead you will play a crucial role in preparing industry reports which get published by Atlys.

- Industry Research: Conduct thorough research to gather data on travel and allied industries

- Report Creation: Develop internal and external industry reports based on research findings, providing insights and analysis on key trends, challenges, and opportunities.

- Data Analysis: Collaborate with consulting companies to collect and analyze data, highlighting industry-specific metrics and KPIs.

- Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on industry research and data analysis to support the platform's growth and development.

- Performance Metrics: Monitor industry performance metrics and benchmark our platform against industry standards.

- Documentation: Maintain organized records of research methodologies, data sources, and report templates.

- Presentation: Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating industry insights.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the platform's competitiveness.

Requirements:

- Degree in a related field, such as Business, Economics, or a relevant discipline.

- 3+ Years of relevant work experience

- Proven experience in industry research and report writing in consulting/ research companies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality reports.

- Ability to manage an external team providing research insights
