Drive Research Excellence & Client Impact

Lead high-stakes research programs for Fortune 500 clients while building and mentoring top research talent in Bangalore. As our Research Director, you will own complex research engagements from design to delivery, working directly with C-suite stakeholders to drive business-critical decisions.

Core Responsibilities

a) Research Leadership

- Design and drive multi-country research programs across employee experience, employer brand studies, custom research, stakeholder experience advisory, etc.

- Transform raw data into compelling business insights for VP and C-suite presentations

- Execute high-profile executive interview programs with senior business leaders

- Lead questionnaire design, methodology selection, and sampling strategy development

b) Client & Portfolio Management

- Own and grow relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP to C-suite)

- Manage a portfolio of research engagements

- Drive project profitability through smart resource allocation and efficient delivery

- Partner with sales teams to craft winning research proposals

c) Team Development

- Lead a team of researchers across Assistant Manager to Research Executive levels

- Build high-performing research teams through coaching and capability development

- Set quality standards and drive research excellence across projects

Must-Have Experience:

- 6 - 8 years in market research with proven expertise in B2B and employee research

- Track record of managing large-scale stakeholder research programs

- Strong foundation in research methodology and statistical analysis

- Experience presenting to and engaging with C-suite clients

- Post-graduate degree in Business, Market Research, Statistics or related field

Critical Skills:

- Deep expertise in research design and advanced analytics

- Proven ability to extract and communicate actionable insights

- Outstanding executive presence and presentation abilities

- Excellence in team leadership and talent development
