Position : Research Consultant(oil and gas Primary and secondary research)

Location : Mumbai

ROLE SUMMARY :

The recruit would be responsible for providing research and analytical support in delivering a wide range of oil and gas related consulting and transaction advisory assignments. This involves working with private entities as well as government agencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- The candidate should be well-versed with the domestic coal and mining scenario and should have a good understanding of the following (demonstrated by past work experience) :

Sector related :

- Oil and gas acts, rules and regulations governing the mining sector, and the technical and operational aspects of mining engineering.

- Business Modelling/ Pre-Feasibility Analysis of oil and gas projects

- Transaction Advisory Assistance for selection of Mine Developer cum Operator (MDO)/ Joint Venture Partner

- Transaction Advisory Assistance to State Governments in auctions of oil and gas blocks

- Bid Advisory and the associated modeling for oil and gas Auctions

Experience : 3-6 yrs

Education : MBA (oil and gas)

Essential Skills :

- MS-Excel modeling

- Excellent Report writing and Presentation skills

- Data handling ability
