Research Consultant - Financial Modelling

Role: Research Consultant

Location: Mumbai

- 3-5 years of experience in financial modelling

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the team with building and maintenance (earnings update) of financial models across multiple sectors by leveraging proprietary SMART platform

- Undertake migration of existing client analyst models into the SMART compliant format for future updates

- Ensure timely client deliverables (meet SMART SLAs) without compromising on the quality

- Support the senior modelers with finalising the modelling approach factoring in company specific and industry level fundamentals

- Assist the team with pilot assignments on modelling and report writing (initiation / earnings report)

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE :

- MBA (Finance) or CFA

- Relevant experience in financial modelling

- Exposure to report writing is a plus

- Attention to detail, diligence and hard work

- Ability to stretch and handle time-sensitive projects

- Should be capable of multi-tasking and handling projects with tight deadlines

- Flexibility to work on multiple time-zones, in-line with client requirements

- Strong team player
