Job Title: Program Manager - Expansion

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager - Expansion to lead the successful launch of new clinics in various cities. This role requires effective coordination with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring minimum-level hiring, securing necessary licenses, and overseeing the clinic's go-live operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the expansion process by launching new clinics in targeted cities.

- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, legal, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless clinic setup.

- Oversee hiring for essential roles and ensure timely recruitment to meet operational requirements.

- Manage and coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary licenses, permits, and approvals.

- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

- Ensure the clinic's readiness for go-live, managing all operational, regulatory, and logistical aspects.

- Monitor performance post-launch, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring ongoing success.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in clinic or healthcare expansion.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing for healthcare facilities.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
